Reaching out for support takes courage, and I’m so glad you’re here. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in depression, navigating trauma, or working through addiction, you’re not alone and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. I’m a mental health therapist and drug and alcohol counselor who works with teens and adults in individual sessions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and down to earth. While I meet you where you are, I’m also here to provide structure, direction, and real strategies to help you feel better and move forward.

I use a mix of evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and person-centered therapy. More importantly, I tailor our work to what fits you. Healing isn’t one size fits all, and therapy shouldn’t be either.

I believe everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, and heard. Whether you’re new to therapy or returning after a break, my goal is to create a space where you feel welcome and where we can do meaningful, effective work together. If you’re ready to take that next step, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

Congratulations on taking the first step toward meaningful change by reaching out for support. Beginning this process can feel overwhelming, and knowing where to start is not always easy. I am here to guide and support you throughout your therapeutic journey. I believe that a strong, collaborative therapeutic relationship is the foundation of effective counseling. The pressures of family expectations, education, career demands, and societal influences can often leave individuals feeling stuck.

Together, we will work to restore balance, promote self-awareness, and support you in maintaining a sense of authenticity. My goal is to empower you to navigate life’s challenges with confidence, find purpose, and work toward your personal goals. I bring 11 years of experience working with children, adults, and families.

I am trained in trauma informed approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and EMDR. I have experience supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, occupational stress, relationship challenges, and academic difficulties. I am open to working with diverse needs.
